OnePlus Signature Display
In Q1 of 2021 I was assigned to model and design a 3D display for the phone manufacturer OnePlus. This display would be installed in our flagship stores as well as several of our premium stores.
The concept brief was to develop a display that demonstrated the image capture prowess of the camera featured in the OnePlus 9 phone, including it's best-in-class wide angle camera lens.
From Concept to Model
Starting with the initial concept, I modeled out a display that featured a miniaturized version of the Colosseum in Rome. Using this miniature, we were able to demonstrate the unique wide angle image capture capabilities of the device in a fun and innovative way.
On top of the 3D design work, I partnered with marketing partners inside T-Mobile and Oneplus to select images from a library of images shot on the new device and determine how they would be integrated into the design. These images went a long way to convey the other image capture capabilities of the OnePlus 9.
