In 2018 SoftBank Robotics engaged with Sprint to do a trial installation of their Pepper robot platform in a handful of our corporately owned doors. Ultimately the project never left the trial stage due to the hardware costs of deploying Pepper.

A secondary initiative saw the Sprint Retail Creative Studio exploring what could be accomplished by combining the AI platform powering Pepper with an interactive screen featuring a “Virtual Pepper”. We explored various illustrated interpretations of Pepper and presented them to project stakeholders, including my three concepts below.
